This lager begins with a fresh malty aroma followed by a crisp and well balanced flavour profile. The Saphir hops give it that perfect amount of floral bittering and I like how this beer is made using wind power and an what would be waste bread in the malt mill.
A good spin on traditional lager and I feel this would be a great beverage to enjoy on tap if the price is competitive with other commercial lagers.
